If there is a miner with a bounty mining next to a miner with no bounty I kill the one with the bounty => criminal miner got punished, system works as intended. Me thinks only the people who are unable to kill other people in highsec are cryin...

I met the OP and his corp friends recently in game and they assured my that bumps are not bothering them at all or have any impact on their mining business. They had however some trouble with fitting ships in general.
